Email address — only if you sign up for filing alerts. We use double opt-in (you must click a confirmation link) and store your address solely to send you those alerts.

Anonymous, aggregate usage analytics via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights — cookieless, with no personally identifiable information. Plus standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser) kept briefly for security and operation.

Your email is used only to send the alerts you asked for. We never sell, rent, or share it for marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, which removes you from the list.

We rely on Vercel (hosting and analytics), Neon (database), and Resend (email delivery). Market and index data providers (Yahoo Finance, OpenFIGI, slickcharts) receive no personal data. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

Unsubscribe via any alert email, or email contact@superinvestortracker.com to access or delete your data. Since we collect no cookies for tracking, there is nothing to opt out of beyond the email list.
